Calm your mind, spark your baby’s curiosity, and feel supported every step. Suitable for babies 0 - 12 months. Mindful Mums & Curious Bubs is a nurturing, structured mothers group program designed to support your wellbeing while encouraging your baby's natural curiosity and development. Over a 9-week period this program thoughtfully blends mindfulness, connection, education, and sensory play. Each weekly session (approx. 75 minutes) creates space for both you and your baby to learn, connect, and grow. Here is what you can look forward to: 🤝 Social & Connection: Build real friendships with a small, consistent group of mums who "get it". 👶 Sensory Play for Baby: Gentle, engaging activities to support your baby's development in a fun and safe way. 🧘 Mindfulness for Mum: Simple, practical tools to help calm your nervous system, ease stress, and feel more grounded. 🎓 Education & Expert Insights: Guest speakers share valuable guidance on topics such as infant sleep, baby massage, nutrition, child development, maternal wellbeing, and more. ☕ Plus, all sessions include a barista coffee & one-handed morning tea treat (as bub will likely be on your lap). Bonus inclusions: 🧡 Nurtured Nutrition Quick-start guide for Mums: 7-day meal planner, grocery list & snack ideas for postpartum energy. 🧡 Mindful Mama Toolkit, including self-care planning, meditations, journal prompts & affirmations. 🧡 Professional photo of you and your little one to capture this special season. 🧡 Private Group Access PLUS one facilitated social catch-up outside the structure classes. Cancellation Policy
Compassionate Circumstances: We understand that unexpected events happen. If you have special circumstances, please reach out – we’ll do our best to find a fair solution. Credits Instead of Refunds: If personal circumstances prevent you from continuing a program, we offer a pro-rata credit for the unused portion of your program. Credits can be applied to future sessions (no expiry). If this truly is not workable solution, we can arrange a refund (minus 10% administration fee). Where Zest has cancelled or significantly changed the program: Refunds may be issued if we cancel or significantly change the program. A credit option would be offered in the first instance. Missed Classes: You are able to attend classes in another program as a "make-up session". Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for missed classes. If you’re unable to attend a session, other than for reasons listed above, it will be forfeited.
