Gentle postnatal movement for mums, playful sensory discoveries for bubs. Suitable for babies 6 weeks - 12 months. Created by a mum of two, Zest Mamas blends evidence-based tools with a warm, supportive space where both you and your baby can thrive. Gentle Moves & Little Discoveries is a structured mothers group program which combines gentle postnatal movement for mums with sensory play and bonding activities for babies. Each 75 minutes class is designed to help mums feel seen, supported, and confident while encouraging babies to learn, grow, and explore. Each week you'll enjoy: 🤝 Social & Connection: Build real friendships with a small, consistent group of mums who understand the joys and challenges of motherhood. 💪 Movement for Mum: Gentle, postnatal-friendly exercise to strengthen your body and boost energy, using yoga, Pilates, and light strength exercises. 👶 Sensory Play for Baby: Development-focused activities to spark curiosity, learning, and growth in a safe, playful environment. 🧘 Mindfulness for Mum: Calm your nervous system, recharge, and gain practical strategies to feel more grounded, present, and confident. 🎓 Education & Expert Insights: Guest speakers on various topics such as infant first aid, physiotherapy, early music, baby massage, women’s health, nutrition, etc., provide trusted guidance you can use at home. ☕ Plus, a barista coffee & morning tea treat (yes, designed for one-handed eating with bub on your lap). Cancellation Policy
Compassionate Circumstances: We understand that unexpected events happen. If you have special circumstances, please reach out – we’ll do our best to find a fair solution. Credits Instead of Refunds: If personal circumstances prevent you from continuing a program, we offer a pro-rata credit for the unused portion of your program. Credits can be applied to future sessions (no expiry). If this truly is not workable solution, we can arrange a refund (minus 10% administration fee). Where Zest has cancelled or significantly changed the program: Refunds may be issued if we cancel or significantly change the program. A credit option would be offered in the first instance. Missed Classes: You are able to attend classes in another program as a "make-up session". Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for missed classes. If you’re unable to attend a session, other than for reasons listed above, it will be forfeited.
