Gentle Moves & Little Discoveries
10 Week Program: 9 October 2025 - 11 December 2025
Strengthen your body, nurture your baby, and discover connection that lasts
Our Gentle Moves & Little Discoveries program combines gentle postnatal movement for mums with sensory play and bonding activities for babies, supporting physical recovery, development, and wellbeing.
It includes expert guest speakers, weekly connection with a supportive group, and time to relax with morning tea in a welcoming community.

🌿 Imagine This…
You arrive at a warm, light-filled space, pram-friendly and ready for you. Soft mats and cushions are set out, toys scattered for curious little hands, gentle music playing in the background. You exhale, knowing you don’t need to plan a thing — today, it’s all prepared for you.
We begin with a welcoming song and a gentle check-in, celebrating the wins (big or small) and holding space if the week has felt overwhelming. You’re surrounded by mums who get it, the sleep deprivation, the long days that all blur together, the pressure to do it “right.” Here, you don’t need to hide or pretend.
Soon, your baby lights up with sensory activities designed to support their development, simple, playful, and easy to replicate at home. For you, there’s gentle movement (yoga, Pilates, postnatal-safe exercises) woven in with your baby, rebuilding strength while showing you that self-care and connection don’t have to be separate.
On special weeks, you’ll meet expert guest speakers. From baby massage and paediatric physio to infant CPR & first aid and music sensory. You’ll learn new skills, discover fresh perspectives, and gain tools for the moments when motherhood feels hard. There’s even a photography session to capture a beautiful keepsake of you and your little one together.
We close with a soothing activity for baby and a goodbye song before sharing morning tea and a barista coffee (one-handed snacks included, because we know you’ll likely have bub in your arms).
And the support doesn’t stop there...
Bonus inclusions:
🧡 Nurtured Nutrition Quick-start guide for Mums: 7-day meal planner, grocery list & snack ideas for postpartum energy.

💕 Letter of love to you...
Dear Mama,
I see you, showing up every day with strength, even when there are tears behind closed doors. Calming your baby’s big feelings while carrying the weight of your own. Holding space for everyone else’s needs, even when yours are buried under the to-do list.
There may not be applause or a spotlight, but that love, YOUR love, is the kind that moves mountains. You’re not just “getting through,” you’re quietly building something beautiful, one courageous moment at a time.
That’s why I created Zest Mamas — a space where you are SEEN, HEARD, and SUPPORTED. A place to connect with mums in the same season, learn tools that truly make a difference, and know you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Come as you are, we’ve got you. 💕
About Me
Hi, I'm Leandri...
...mum of two little ones (both under three), lifelong learner, and the heart behind Zest Mamas.
When I first became a mum, I wasn’t prepared for the abrupt stop, the sleep deprivation, the emotional rollercoaster, and the guilt that comes when you still want to grow as you while also caring for your baby. Like so many mums, I remember leaving the hospital and thinking, “Okay… now what?”
My own path to parenthood was longer than most, and while balancing a corporate career I leaned heavily on mindset tools, research, and personal growth practices to navigate early motherhood. Those resources helped me so much — and now I want to share them with other mums.
I believe motherhood deserves both structure and softness: evidence-based tools that actually help, delivered in a way that feels nurturing, empowering, and deeply human. Zest Mamas uniquely places both mum and baby at the centre — supporting your well-being while also encouraging your little one’s growth.

At my core, I love creating beautiful, intentional spaces where women feel safe, seen, and connected. Through Zest, I get to combine my passions for psychology, learning, and community with my natural love for hosting and thoughtful details.
Motherhood has been my most profound growth journey yet, and it’s my joy to offer other mums the kind of support, connection, and gentle guidance I wished I had in those early months.
